Return and Exchange Policy

At Taoism and Manifest, we understand that each of our creations is far more than a physical object—it is a vessel of intentional energy, a tool for manifestation, and a guide for spiritual alignment. With reverence and care, we mindfully select every piece, hoping it can truly support your practice, transformation, and everyday life.


Each Taoism and Manifest piece is made from natural gemstones and crystals, and as such, slight variations in appearance—such as natural inclusions, internal mineral patterns, ice-like textures, or uneven color distribution.These are not flaws, but unique markings from the Earth herself, symbolizing the stone’s authentic origin and energetic integrity.

 

We believe these organic characteristics give every spiritual item its irreplaceable soul and uniqueness. At the same time, we acknowledge that a piece holds true meaning only when it resonates with you. However, if for any reason you feel that the item you received does not fully align with your expectations, we understand and honor your choice.


We are committed to providing a return and exchange experience that is transparent, respectful, and rooted in empathy—honoring the trust you’ve placed in us. Our intention is simple: to ensure that every seeker can move forward with peace, clarity, and confidence.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unaltered;
  • The item is in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact (including boxes, certificates, and any free gifts);
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable;
  • Items that have undergone energy charging, blessing, or activation are not eligible for return or exchange;
  • The item was not purchased as part of a “Final Sale” or clearance promotion;
  • You are able to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or purchase email).
Note: For returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), customers are responsible for all shipping costs.


Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email us at service@taoismandmanifest.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including the following details:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the item (especially if damaged or incorrect)
Step 2: Approval & Instructions
We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with return instructions and our return shipping address.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Items must be shipped within 7 days after approval. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid loss or delays.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
  • Once the returned item is received and verified in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • For exchanges, please specify the item you wish to receive. We will ship your new item after we’ve processed the original return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following:
  • Requests made after 14 days from delivery
  • Customized, personalized, or energy-infused items
  • Items that are visibly worn, damaged, or missing parts or packaging
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Gift cards

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.



Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of abuse or policy misuse.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent).
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card company).
